Okay, so I know whats going on now. WrathOfNessis traces, this is actually something that I've known for some time. However I just don't see why the equine community is falling apart from the seems because of this silly little thing. But Kirara you hate tracing!?!? Well one shes tracing stock, so shes not breaking any rules, it is sad that shes doing that, but its not really worth the drama.

Okay heres what needs to happen, you've all reverted into ape form and have started throwing feces at each other, childern childern put down the feces and stop this sillyness. Either you talk about it like mature adults or you don't talk about it at all. And please respect the fact that people are not always going to agree with you, and opinions are going to be DIFFERENT, sometimes its best to just agree to disagree and leave it were it stands rather than fight to the death of something thats on the internet.

You have a way to vote whether you realize it or not, heres what you do, you unwatch her, unfavorite her things and be done with it. If your THAT offended please contact the stock owners.

Yes I do personally think shes tracing, do I think shes a con artist, no, she may of spent some of the donation money shes receved on things she probably shouldn't have, I don't know I really haven't met her, but hell thats none of our damn business especaily if you didn't give her money. I'm sorry if you did send her money, however thats how internet donations works, once you send that money they can use it for what ever the hell they want, and theres nothing you can do about it. You never know whats fact and whats fiction in situations like this, so its best if you don't know the facts to not donate. Its donators beware.

As far as the commissions go, I personally believe she needs to ask the stock owners first. If the stock owners don't care and the buyers don't care then neither should you. Like I said before if your THAT offended contact the stock owners, if they too are offended they can report and the images will be removed and that will be the end of the story.

To get all the drama that we are getting from this little thing is REALLY sad and says a lot about the Equine community mental maturatiy. This really isn't that big of a deal, while yes it is a moral issue, its not really that big of one.

The other thing you can do is request that she please give full credit, as *pookyns-5's said, don't hide that you trace just admit it. And shes RIGHT. Look shes very popluar and she has a traced piece in her gallery, I don't thinks shes proud of it by any means but she clearly admits in very boldly that the piece is traced, and you'll notice that there isn't even the slightest amount of drama or complaints.

Reguardless of what happens, please remember its the internet, nothing on the internet is worth getting THAT upset over.

Oh and yes I have been working on art, I just haven't been able to post anything due to techical issues, hopefully that will be fixed soon here.

Gah I just haven't had time for anything. Yeah I've been sick but I've also had deal with yet another early winter (we've already had snow ) Even during the rare times when I did have time I just haven't really felt any artist spark here lately. I currently have about 500 messages I need to attend to and about a dozen notes I need to reply to. Yes I got your notes about the tarlet stealing my lines, I haven't said anything to the tarlet, simply because I just don't have the time and because you guys seem to be doing a well enough job on your own, farther more the staff seemed to deal with it pretty fast. So yes Its not that I'm ignoring you, its just I really haven't been active at all here lately due to many reasons. Oh well I'm going to be busy until the 20th, thats when I start my time off for thanksgiving from work, hopefully I can get a lot of stuff done them.


I guess the good news is that I'm almost done with commissions. :tarddance: Speaking of which I've had a lot of people asking why I don't post commissions, well most of my commissions are line arts and seeing how people can't seem to stop stealing my lines, I save my self the hassle and don't post them. Any who on the subject of my line arts, I'm seriously considering taking them down, I'm sick of people stealing them. So here let me make this clear right now, NO just because you color it in 5 second on MS paint doesn't make it yours, so NO you can't sell it and YES you have to give me credit, And NO tracing over my lines doesn't make them your either, and NO flipping them so they face other direction does not make them either, and NO it doesn't count as crediting me if my watermark is backwards and 50 by 50 (ie the same size as a DA icon) and NO I don't care if you can't remember who made them
IF YOU CAN'T FUCKING REMEMBER WHO MADE THE LINES THEN DON'T FUCKING POST IT!!!!
I didn't think my rules were too strict, so I don't know why people have such a hard time following them.

Word of advice to anyone working on a novel, don't type any part of it on a old computer. I wrote most of the chapter while on vacation (HA some vacation ) on my old laptop and unfortunately that laptop has passed away, taking 95% of the chapter with it.
So I have to rewrite the whole damned thing. Which I am finding hard to find any energy to do.
I guess its not all bad, I'm plan on changing what Kirara's sire looks like due to what breed her dam is, so I guess I just need to find the energy to do it again.


To be completely honest with you, I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand its great that everybody can now have a pretty journal on the other hand its like a big middle finger to their subscribers. After reading the article, I think its only till the 29th but I'm not sure. If this is forever then I will not be a subscriber in the future (granted I've never actually paid for my own subscription, I just won't let people pay me through subbys anymore).

Well up H1N1 finally made its way out to were I live, I have it now and so does ~FullmetalPheonix I've had it for like 3 days now, we just got the lab results back and I am positive for the virus. Its still not as bad as the regular flu, or to be honest a bad cold. I have a fever of 99 (some of you know this some of you don't, I'm kinda of a genetic freak, I have certain problems along with some things that are just abnormal, like my body temperature, normal for me is 95 96ish, so 99 is very high for me) I feel kinda hot and sweaty my nose won't stop dripping and my throat hurts, but thats about it. So I stand by my original theory of H1N1 is milder than the regular flu (please keep in mind that millions of people get the flu each year and 100,000's die in the USA each year from the flu)

So I've been banished from work for a while so I'm hoping to get some art done. To be honest, while yes its no fun being sick, its kinda been like a little vacation, not doing much but laying around sleeping, watching Malcolm in the Middle on my DVR (Malcolm in the Middle has replaced scrubs for the time being on my DVR, while I've seen the entire series I haven't seen it in like 3- 4 year) The only thing that I don't like is that I have been banned from riding, well... as banned as any one can make me. I'd say my butt still at the very least sits on one horses back a day.

So thats about all I got for now, I have a bit of a rant, but I'm saving that for next time.

Well whomever you are mysterious stranger, I can NOT thank you enough. I am not a extremely poor person, I have done better off than most in this world. I could be wealthy but I have chosen to get my wealth through my animals. However in the end it seems all of my money goes to them, their happiness far over weights my own. So I've decided to keep her, it's actually quite a amazing to see her reactions to things shes never had before: grain, her own heated stall, pasture and stuff like that. Its clear that shes starting to enjoy her retirement.
